Kesgrave Kruisers members are regular attendees at Kesgrave parkun on a Saturday morning and Kesgrave Junior parkrun on a Sunday morning!
On a couple of occasions each year we take over the entire volunteer roster, including providing a team of pacers. We often have a few members running at the nearby Felixstowe and Ipswich events, or occasionally slightly further afield.
Kesgrave Kruisers is a club available for selection on your parkrun profile. The instructions for how to access your profile and set a password if needed can be read on the parkrun support site. Once you’ve accessed your profile select ‘Update‘ and then under ‘Running Club (Optional)‘ choose ‘Kesgrave Kruisers‘. The parkrun results tables will now include your running club name, and you’ll appear on the parkrun club page for Kesgrave Kruisers!
