Thursday night -5k social with a twist

Come along and join us for a 5k social Thursday night, but with a twist.

We will be running a slow pace 5k, but adding in some lamp post sprint, out and backs and some Indian files and generally having fun.

Please bring headlamps and high viz if possible, session open to all, but any children have to be accompanied by a responsible adult, especially as there are road crossings.

Meet at the library at 7pm, using Phil’s loop.
