Update 23/03. This evening the government modified their advice to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The rules now state that individuals are allowed just one form of exercise a day (run, walk or cycle), it should be done alone or with members of their household, and there should be no meeting of friends.
We strongly believe that running is important for mental and physical health, and so would encourage our members to keep active and keep running individually over the coming weeks.
All club sessions remain cancelled until further notice. As a committee we had been working towards an AGM in late April, but will also be postponing this until a future date.
