The wait is finally over and booking for Tuesday’s session is now live on the link below, or access via the calendar on our website homepage.
We will be limiting the group size to 36 this week with a view to increasing the capacity further over the coming few weeks.
Please note the following:
*This is open to members only at this stage. If you are not yet a member please visit the Membership page to purchase membership!
*Age 18+ only please
*Please read the updated COVID guidance on the booking page, this is important and will help us manage the session correctly and more efficiently if you know what to expect
*No spectators please, booked members only on the field.
*Please arrive 6.50-6.55 so we can manage the flow and get you to the right coach for warm up.
*You will be split into groups for warm up, you will be told which group when you check in.
The session will comprise of shorter efforts (to be run at your own comfort level) with recoveries, a short midway break for drinks, then a sprint session with recoveries.
