We require runners to register as members of the club. Membership enables us to determine an accurate count for club insurance purposes. Members are encouraged to provide feedback on what they want from the club and can provide information during registration that help the club take care of their welfare; such as emergency contact details. For more information visit our Membership page.
We meet for training weekly on Tuesday and Thursday, plus once a month on Sunday. All sessions are suitable for any age or ability. The Tuesday circuits in particular are very welcoming to anyone taking their initial steps into running, as everyone is always in sight and earshot of the coach leading the session. Details of upcoming sessions can be found on our Events page.
Children are welcome to attend sessions. Any under 16s should be joined at the session by a parent or guardian and the parent or guardian should decide the appropriate efforts for the child. Please read our Juniors page for more information!
The club regularly offers beginner and improver training programmes, building up to distances of 5 km, 10 km and Half Marathon. There are often Social runs through the week, departing from Millennium Hall, the Farmhouse pub or Kesgrave Tesco. Keep your eyes on our Facebook group for information and timings of all upcoming events.
The Kesgrave Kruisers Facebook group is a hub for the club, and runners are welcome to share and request advice, recommendations, event details, running stories and more. The group is moderated according to the Social Media Guidelines in our Code of Conduct.
Happy running, and we hope to see you soon!
